Skills Set Required–
· Candidate should able to Perform CFD and thermal analysis for mechanical systems using ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS CFX.
· Candidate should provide design engineering services for components and subsystems.
· Candidate should provide technical expertise in problem resolution, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
· Candidate should Support Design team in product design and development activities.
· Candidate should provide effective design solutions to optimize product functionality, reliability and stability & should follow best practices for accurate computational efficiency.
· Candidate should provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results. Prepare reports in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
· Candidate should Perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Candidate should Work with Testing team in developing and executing design verification plans and
Mechanical testing methods.
- Candidate should attend team meetings to discuss about design techniques and issues.
- Candidate should ensure that product design and performance meet technical and functional requirements.
- Candidate should Guide less experienced staff in design engineering techniques.
- Candidate should Aid in development of new method and technology for CFD analysis.
- Candidate should maintain complete documentations for CFD analysis and engineering methods.
- Candidate should develop process improvements and standard work practices for operational efficiency.
Tool Software Skill
· Ansys Fluent, ANSYS Workbench and ANSYS CFX.
Interview Process: Cad test & technical interview & HR round.
Salary Shell: 25k-30k per month (depend on interview)
